CHARZ ORANGE contains glucose and other important components such as citric acid, sodium and potassium which help in maintaining the balance and distribution of water/fluids for normal functioning of the body. It helps to provide instant energy and prevents weakness by replacing all the essential minerals lost due to dehydration.

  • Glucose – 2.9391g
  • Citric acid – 0.8727g
  • Sodium chloride – 0.5226
  • Potassium citrate monohydrate – 0.4401g
  • Other ingredients: Orange flavour, sunset yellow and sucralose

For restoring water and mineral balance in dehydrated patients.

04 HOW TO USE

Age in years                           Dosage

<1 year                                    100-200 ml per day

2-5 years                                 300 ml per day

6-9 years                                 400 ml per day

>10 years                                500 ml per day

  • Mix 1 sachet (4.9 g) in 200 ml of fresh, cold drinking water and stir to dissolve.
  • Begin with small frequent sips every 15 minutes and increase the amount as tolerated. Continue for as long as the symptoms are present.
  • For babies under 6 months, it is recommended that freshly boiled and cooled water be used.

Yes, CHARZ ORANGE helps to restore water and mineral balance lost due to diarrhoea or vomiting. It contains essential electrolytes (salts) and carbohydrates (in sugar form) such as glucose, citric acid, sodium and potassium in adequate proportions required by the body to recover.
Yes, CHARZ ORANGE helps to manage dehydration due to loss of fluids through heavy sweating caused in a hot/dry environment. It is safe to give CHARZ ORANGE to kids of all age groups, however the recommended dosage varies with age.
You may mix 1 sachet (4.9g) of CHARZ ORANGE in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water and stir to dissolve.
It is not recommended to mix CHARZ ORANGE with artificially flavoured fruit juices, soft drinks or sports drinks as they contain high sugar content which may interfere with the hydration process and worsen your dehydration.
You may begin with small frequent sips every 15 minutes; increase the amount as tolerated and continue for as long as symptoms are present.
Please consult your doctor if your condition persists for more than 24 hours, worsens or if you have severe stomach/abdominal pain, blood in the stools/vomit, fever or other serious signs of dehydration such as dizziness, decreased urination, severe thirst, extremely dry mouth or seizures.
CHARZ ORANGE may not cause any side effects if taken according to the prescribed dosage and duration.
You may store unused, reconstituted product in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard the unused solution after 24 hours.
Yes, you may give your baby CHARZ ORANGE according to the recommended dosage (100-200ml per day). For babies under 6 months, it is recommended to use freshly boiled and cooled water to mix the contents of CHARZ ORANGE.
