IIcare is formulated with bilberry extract, lutein and Dunaliella Salina extract. Bilberry provides required nourishment to strengthen eye nerves and cells, Lutein filters harmful light falling on your eyes from computer or phone screens & sunlight and Dunaliella Salina provides antioxidant power to fight against oxidative stress to your eyes.

What does ii CARE contain?

During cell metabolism reactive oxygen ions (free radicals) are created as a by-product, these ions can harm the cells. An antioxidants is a substance that captures and neutralises these free ions preventing them from causing damage. ii CARE is a specially crafted eye care supplement that contains billbery extract, lutein and mixed carotenoids that act as antioxidants and improve blood circulation to the retina of the eye.

What is ii CARE used for?

ii CARE is used to protect the eyes from free radical damage caused by oxidative stress and improper circulation. It can be used as an adjunct therapy to treat vision problems such as age related macular degeneration, retinopathy, glaucoma etc.

I have a hereditary bleeding disorder. Is ii CARE suitable for me to use?

Some components in ii CARE can alter the processes essential for proper blood clotting. Hence, it is not suitable for people with bleeding disorders to use ii CARE.

How many capsules of ii CARE should I take?

Take 1 capsule once or twice daily or as recommended by your doctor.

I have been using ii CARE for 2 months on the advice of my doctor. I have noticed that my skin has a yellow tinge. Should I be worried?

Sometimes high doses of ii CARE can cause the skin to take on a yellowish tinge because of the lutein content. This colouration of skin is considered harmless and disappears when the intake of ii CARE is reduced or stopped.

I’m a 62-year-old man. My eyesight has been worsening as I grow older. Can using ii CARE help improve my vision?

Yes, as we age, our vision may worsen by blurring and distorting because of decreased blood supply to the retina of the eye. ii CARE may help slow the progression of vision loss and improve eyesight by helping to increase blood supply to the eyes, with regular use.

I’m taking blood thinning medication to manage my cholesterol. Is it okay to use ii CARE?

It is not recommended to use ii CARE while using medication that prevents blood clotting, such as , aspirin, warfarin etc. as it may increase the risk of bleeding.

Are there any side effects of using ii CARE?

Some side effects such as gut disturbances, skin rashes, and drowsiness may occur. High doses of ii CARE may cause the skin to take on a yellowish hue, this colouration disappears when intake is reduced. Do not use ii CARE if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients.

My father is a 76-year-old diabetic using diabetes medication to control his blood sugar. Can he use ii CARE to slow his vision loss?

Yes, ii CARE is useful in diabetics to improve vision. It can help improve blood supply to eye and prevent free radical damage to the retinal nerves. However, the billberry extract contained in ii CARE may lower blood sugar levels and alter the requirements of insulin. Hence it is advised to consult a doctor before taking ii CARE in such cases.

I’m 2 months pregnant. Can I use ii CARE?

It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women to use ii CARE as there not enough studies on its safety in mother and foetus. Please consult your doctor for more information.
