GOFEX Clearcap is formulated to deliver fast, effective, and targeted pain relief when you need it most. It contains liquid gel ibuprofen, which is absorbed rapidly into the blood stream and blocks the production of chemicals that cause inflammation and pain. Its tolerability is comparable to paracetamol/acetaminophen. Clinical studies have proven that ibuprofen liquid gel can provide significantly effective, safe and rapid pain relief as compared to other pain relievers.

GOFEX is manufactured using Clearcap technology, which enables faster absorption of the drug by the body, thereby showing its action in a short time.

Each softgel capsule contains :

Solubilized Ibuprofen equiv. to Ibuprofen 400 mg

03 INDICATIONS

Relief from minor aches and pain associated headaches, tooth aches, back pain, body pain, menstrual cramps, and pains of cold and flu.

04 HOW TO USE

Adults and children over 12 years, take 1 capsule every 4-6 hours when symptoms occur. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours unless directed by a physician.

Yes. During strenuous exercise, muscles may sustain minor injuries that may result in their inflammation. This inflammation can result in the sensation of pain, cramping or soreness. GOFEX 400 is an anti-inflammatory medicine and can give temporary relief from mild to moderate muscle pain.

My 13-year-old daughter is experiencing period cramps, can I give her GOFEX 400?

Yes, during periods there is a build-up of inflammatory chemicals due to shedding of the uterine lining, this results in cramps. GOFEX 400 can reduce this inflammation and hence reduce cramping pain. It is safe for adults and children over 12 years of age to use GOFEX 400 for fever and pain relief. However it is not recommended to give GOFEX 400 to children below the age of 12 as the dosage is too high and can result in irritation of the stomach lining and even liver damage. I’m 8 months pregnant. Is it safe to use GOFEX 400?

It is not recommended for pregnant women to take GOFEX 400 as it may induce miscarriage in early pregnancy and lead to birth defects in the heart of the foetus when taken in later stages of pregnancy. For more information please consult your physician.

Who should not take GOFEX 400?

GOFEX 400 contains ibuprofen, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Anyone with hypersensitivities to aspirin and other NSAIDs should avoid using GOFEX 400. GOFEX 400 is not suitable for people who have peptic ulcers as it may irritate the gut lining.

I had a heart attack and have been using blood thinning medication. Is GOFEX 400 suitable for me?

It is not recommended to use GOFEX 400 while using blood thinning medications like aspirin, warfarin etc. as it may increase the risk of bleeding. Please consult your doctor before using GOFEX 400 in such cases
